A panhollow piece is packed after you accept the invoice. Scale, grain and glaze will not match the photograph exactly — that is the batch, not a fault.
Wipe after use. Keep away from standing water and harsh solvents. Follow the notes on the care card in the carton. Marks from ordinary use are not a defect.
