Unused pans still in wrap. Unopened kettles. Bakeware that has not met food. Wooden utensils still in the sleeve.
Returns
If a piece needs to come back.
Write to kitchen@panhollow.com within 14 days of delivery. Wait for an authorisation before you ship.
We cannot take
Seasoned-further cast iron. Washed utensils. Pans used on a hob. Damage from drops, dishwashers or thermal shock.
Broken in transit
Photograph the outer carton, the inner wrap and the piece the day it arrives. Send the pictures with your order note. We replace or refund the damaged item and we cover that freight.

Ask first
Email us the SKU, what is wrong, and photos if the piece is damaged. Do not post it back until we send a return number.

Pack and ship
Send to RM 1512, 15/F, LIVEN HOUSE, 61-63 KING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, KOWLOON, HONG KONG. Change of mind: you pay return freight. Faulty goods: we pay. Use a tracked service.

Refund
After inspection, usually within 10 working days, back to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on foundry stock — we will say so in the reply.
