Shipping
Packed from Kwun Tong.
We dispatch after you accept the invoice — usually 2–5 working days, longer if a foundry is still running.
Heavy pieces
Dutch ovens, stock pots, grill pans. Air or sea freight; we quote the method on the confirmation email so you can choose.
Duties
Import tax, VAT and brokerage in your country are yours unless we have agreed DDP in writing. Give a phone number the courier can actually use.
Iron and steel travel in moulded pulp and double-wall cartons. If something arrives broken, see returns.
