panhollow is a short cookware line: a dutch oven that actually braises, a skillet that holds heat, a kettle that pours. We leave the gadgets out.
What we make
Fifteen pieces on this site is the whole current range. When a foundry run finishes, the piece waits for the next pour. We are not a department store and we do not restock on a calendar.
Cast iron, stainless, carbon steel and beech — materials you can repair. Season the pan. Wash the wood. If a restaurant, a studio kitchen or a small shop needs quantity, write to us; we pack from Hong Kong by air or sea.
