Contact
Write it down, we answer.
One inbox, one phone number, and a person in Hong Kong who knows the difference between crazing and a crack. Nothing on this site takes a card, so every order starts as a conversation.
Tianyan20261@outlook.com is the only public address for this site. Orders, claims, invoices and returns all go there. We do not run a chat widget and we do not reply from other domains.
Message the workshop on WhatsApp for a quick question: stock, weight of a cast piece, whether a pan fits your induction hob. Send a photograph there if a piece looks wrong, then confirm anything binding by email.
Reply time
One working day, Hong Kong time, Monday to Friday. A quotation with freight usually takes two. If a message lands on a public holiday we answer on the next working day. If you have had no reply in three working days, resend and add “second request” to the subject.
Languages
English and Cantonese. Invoices, packing lists and care cards are issued in English. If you need a Chinese-language care card for your own market, ask at the quotation stage; we can print one for the run.
Put these in the first email
- Piece name or SKU, for example PH-SKT-006 Cast Iron Skillet 25cm.
- Quantity, and whether you want single cartons or master cartons.
- Colour or finish, if the piece comes in more than one.
- Destination country and port or city, so we can quote freight and duty honestly.
- Required arrival date, and whether air or sea is acceptable.
- Any compliance need: retail labelling, food-contact declaration, or a certificate of origin.
A message with these six facts gets a firm number the same day. A message that says only “how much for the pan” gets a question back, and that costs both of us a day.
Three ways in
Wholesale and restaurants
Kitchen shops, restaurant groups, hotel purchasing and gifting projects. Tell us the pieces, the quantities, the destination port and whether you need retail-ready cartons or plain master cartons. We quote USD, ex Hong Kong, and we can hold a run for a stated delivery window once the invoice is settled.
Press and content
Writers, photographers and reviewers: we can supply studio images, the exact material and weight of any piece, and a sample on loan where a publication genuinely tests cookware. Say which outlet, what the piece is for, and when you need it. Samples travel on your account unless we agree otherwise.
Complaints and claims
If a pan arrived pitted, a lid shattered, or an invoice does not match the quote, put “complaint” and the SKU in the subject line and attach photographs. We acknowledge within one working day and give you a substantive answer inside three working days. If you are not satisfied with that answer, ask for the director review and we escalate the same file.
How payment works
This site is an enquiry and showcase site. We never ask for card numbers, we do not run an online checkout, and no payment page exists on this domain. Once we confirm stock, price and freight by email, we issue a formal invoice with bank details. The contract exists only after that written confirmation, and payment is by bank transfer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
